Make this year the last year you say ​"this is the year"
Some call it an awakening.  Others call it an evolution.  ​ In The Lab, we call it The Shine Shift. 
​
Are you often left feeling tired, lacking the energy or motivation to get up and create amazing things in your life? 

Do you feel lost with where to start or what to do even though you know that you need to do something?


Maybe you are stuck in the loop of losing the same weight that you have lost and gained before?  
If any of this sounds like you please let me reassure you of two things. 
  1. First and foremost you are NOT a failure.  You are a beautiful strong woman who is fully capable of creating great things in your health and wellness!
  2. And secondly, I have been there too!

The goal of the Shine Shift is a transformation from obsession and dieting to lasting weight loss and energy management through integral lifestyle habits and a personal evolution from surviving to thriving. 


This is something pretty near and dear to me as I have worked to pull together a few of my biggest and most effective evidence-based Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle tools that I have sharpened along my own personal journey, into one cohesive step-by-step framework to:

  • identify WHAT shifting your nutrition and lifestyle looks like for you,
  • fine tune the HOW you will do it,
  • aligning with your individual WHY so that it means something and empowers you to take ownership.  

​I have learned that plans alone do not work. 


To be completely honest, following a rigid food-rule plan just does not work for many people. Life happens and often full force and without warning.  Being restricted by food rules only sets you up for frustration, feeling deprived, and ultimately left with this feeling of cheating or rewarding yourself through eating the "off limits" foods.  ​

When you follow rules imposed upon you - you lack the ownership of deciding if they work for you or not.  I am not here to tell you what to eat.  I am here to help you find your path on your own by educating and coaching you along the way. 

Because of this, I have shifted the script on my own ideas of nutrition coaching and protocols for health, to one that is customizable, adaptable, and instead of being filled with rules and restrictions - is based on crowding in and tuning in to your intuition. 

In order for a lifestyle SHIFT to happen, it must ALIGN with the person, not force them to change who they are at the core.  It must provide a FLOW that carries them into the direction of their goals - not constantly PULL them towards a specific dogma.

Enter The Shine Shift.  All the results you have ever wanted, with a personalized protocol developed for you, based on all of you.

This protocol is not a one size fits all transformation, detox, or weight loss program.  It is a Shift in Energy so that you can create a lifestyle that is thriving, not just surviving.  ​

The Shine Shift Process

  1. Identifying a baseline of your current state of shine - are you surviving? Are you shining?  Are you truly thriving?  We will find out here and then set you off on your adventure! 
  2. Shifting your nutrition focusing on the foods that will provide the best bang for your caloric buck while filling in nutritional gaps and deficiencies and supporting your body's own processes - moving past sufficiency to optimal living!
  3. Shifting your energy for activity and general life by further refining the optimal levels for YOU.
  4. Shifting your adaptability and building resiliency to teach you how to make adjustments based on changes to your personal goals, needs, preferences, life situation, and ability for a lifetime to come. This is not a set-it-and-forget it "plan"!  
  5. The whole time checking in weekly on both lifestyle and mental health aspects where you will review the past week then use it to make one small improvement to the next week using the Kaizen principle of continuous improvement. 
  6. All the while getting bonus coaching learning how to SHIFT the script from Screw It to Own It.  We will match your outlook to your goals and desires to SHIFT our whole life into one direction of cohesive forward motion.

​There is no fluff here.  There are no food rules here.  The is NO FAILURE HERE.

The core of the program is 8 weeks, but continues as long as you would like to learn and practice making the Shift to your optimized lifestyle.

  • Personalized Shine Shift Nutrition and Journal created only for you, which you will refine and hone in over the course of our time together. 
  • 4 weeks of pre-recorded, on-demand Shine Shift coaching sessions allowing you to dig deeper into what makes you tick so that you can start to shift your energy and purpose in a way to works for you
  • Bonus Shift The Script coaching module on adjusting mindset to match goals
  • Access to The Shine Lab Community, with monthly Live Group Coaching Calls
  • Opportunity to add one on one bi-weekly coaching for additional support.
