What is a masterclass, isn't it just another fancy word for workshop? Workshops are great for awareness and to provide a start to practice the skills necessary to succeed -however in a masterclass you get down to the nitty gritty and build up the skills and daily practices right away, while being educated on what you are doing and why. You walk away not doing it because I told you so - you walk away with the ability to continue on your self work long after the class ends and even armed to help others in your family and friends circles do the same.

The Sweet Stuff Intensive is 5 weeks of hands on exploration and dietary adjustment.
WEEK 1 - Baseline
Workshop #1: Kick off, exploring sugars and their effect on the body. Tracking current lifestyle
to identify triggers of your sweet tooth.
WEEK 2 - Monitoring Blood Sugar
Start of blood sugar journal and monitoring (will need a glucose monitor, not included),
understanding the carbohydrate continuum and glycemic load
WEEK 3 - Addressing the hidden sugars/Mid point check in on progress
Midpoint Coach Call
Label reading, making informed choices on the continuum of progress over perfection.
WEEK 4 - Herbs and next level protocols for balance
The Shine Lab's elixirs and herbs to further support your individual needs
WEEK 5 - Review and next steps

going back to old ways

- Two workshops to help you understand the nerdy stuff as well as explain what we will be doing over the course of the next 5 weeks together.
- Weekly videos (pre-recorded) on different topics to help support your journey - these are not only educational but are PRACTICAL in that they will be very hands on! You can go through these on your own time so no worries about missing anything!
- 4 weeks of seeing in real time the effect of our foods on our bodies through blood glucose monitoring (you will need to buy a glucose monitor and testing strips to get the most of this. My personal favorite is Abbott Labs Freestyle Light as it has the smallest sample size out there! CVS has some really good ones too)
- Recipes and The Shine Lab's proven protocols for kicking the sugar habit in a healthy and dare I say fun way
- Handouts and reference guides to set yourself and your kitchen up for success!
- A blood sugar journal (digital/printable)
- Whole, real food sweetener alternative guide - I told you you would not loss your sweet treats!
